So do I actively look for references off fellow EI members? I've never met any of them in real life and I don't think I want to. Nothing against them but what if for example AML turned out to be my dad or something, that first pint would be awkward!!

great idea , except the fact that reveiwers who dont post cant recommend anyone eventhough they might have 50 plus reveiws . I beginning to think this place is all about site traffic.
