It's certainly the oldest profession anyway....
Though we are not now that strength which in old days moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are; one equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.
Leaving aside your rant at other professions
lets look at the premise of this spam troll thread
escorting is the most noble of professions
Define noble
no·ble (nō′bəl)
adjective nobler -·bler, noblest -·blest
1. having eminence, renown, fame, etc.; illustrious
2. having or showing high moral qualities or ideals, or greatness of character; lofty
3. having excellent qualities; superior

5. of high hereditary rank or title; aristocratic
6. chemically nonreactive, esp. with acids and air; precious; pure: said of metals, esp. gold, platinum, etc.; also said of any of the six inert, or nearly inert, rare gases in group VIIIA of the periodic table
Define profession
"A profession is a vocation founded upon specialised educational training, the purpose of which is to supply disinterested counsel and service to others, for a direct and definite compensation, wholly apart from expectation of other business gain".
Define prostitute
prostitute [ˈprɒstɪˌtjuːt]
n
1. a woman who engages in sexual intercourse for money
2. a man who engages in such activity, esp in homosexual practices
prostitutes are neither professional or noble as defined above.
That's the only definition of "profession" in your dictionary? Okay... at dictionary.com it's:
pro·fes·sion
/prəˈfɛʃən/ Show Spelled[pruh-fesh-uhn] Show IPA
–noun
1. a vocation requiring knowledge of some department of learning or science: the profession of teaching. Compare learned profession.
2. any vocation or business.
and
1. An occupation or career: "One of the highest compliments a child can pay a parent is to choose his or her profession" (Joan Nathan).
2. An occupation, such as law, medicine, or engineering, that requires considerable training and specialized study.
3. The body of qualified persons in an occupation or field: members of the teaching profession.
So you can call any job or occupation a profession. Maybe a profession suggests more skill and how not everyone can do it, this is exactly the way escorting is. It's a skilled occupation that not everyone can do and something that must be learned to do well.
Escorting obviously is a noble trade, only a mentally unstable religious zealot and clown would think otherwise. If you don't think it's noble, then what the hell are you doing here?
