Giving your form name in advance of first meet

I’m wondering what the protocol is for giving or not giving your forum name to someone you might be thinking about seeing who is active on the forums? They haven’t asked. I suppose if you have a great time and say so everyone is happy. If you don’t various levels of akwardness are a possibility. Also there is the possibility as In perceptions coming from interactions online that neither of you are what they expected built on preconceptions they may have about you or vice versa.

I can only answer for myself but an actual forum member is more likely to get an appointment than just a random mobile number however if you write something here you have to own it and accept how people perceive you

I would never give my forum name as the lady is already weak at the knees🙄 so why would you inflict further pressure on the lady.

If I’d contacted her via pm then she already has it, if it was a WhatsApp arrangement I’d only mention it if I’d interacted with her on the forum, sometimes I just want to avoid the review request so it’s easier to keep your profile off grid

I chose not to see someone from here because of b!tchy crap he had written here towards other ladies also when he contacted me via text he told me his username and that he a X number of reviews & I found this to be arrogant as in
“I’m a reviewer, you should be on ur best behaviour”. (He didn’t actually say that, it’s just how I perceived it)

I never ever ask for a review or ask if the person is an EI member. It is crazy some of the stuff that goes on a guy once said to me, after he had spent an hour with me, “I will leave a review for you but do you mind if I put down 30mins instead of an hour because my regular lady will be annoyed”

I would sometimes have mentioned it with a lady I hadn't met before - thinking it would give her some comfort (she could see my posts and who I'd met before). I never considered it could be seen as seeking anything else or preferential treatment.

Oh I’ve certainly seen guys who have told me their usernames, to be honest I never even bother checking their posts or reviews, If he has followed my booking instructions and comes across as polite in his correspondence that’s fine with me.

Maybe I’m overly cautious, but if I get a hint of bad manners in correspondence I just block immediately. There’s plenty of good decent clients to go around!
