I agree with you to an extent which is why I am retiring out of it at this point. It has become mentally and emotionally too much like hard work and no amount of money will make it okay for me anymore.

This thread is a genuine one and not intended to up my profile since I will not be working after next week but was intended to allow people clime out of fantasy land and see the reality of this industry.
