When it's just his nerves and not anything to do with you I don't think he has a right to a refund. You can give him one, but you don't have to. I'm not so sure about partial refunds. Once you start talking about refunds he's likely to argue about the amount.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

I thought perhaps it would be like ordering dinner in a restaurant then changing your mind, in this case you would still be charged full whack???
Please let me know what yer views on this are as it was an awkward position to be put in and I am out of pocket as a result.
If they are after having a shower you are entitled to at least half for any loss or turning away someone else. It's is common courtasy for him to at least offer that amount for wasting your time and losing another potential client.

If your time is blocked then there should not be any refund. If you cancelled a hotel room at the last minute, you would still be charged whether you used it or not. Right? He used your services by having a shower & blocking your time slot!

    Hi Soairsa!
Great to see a few threads from your side of the house!! Genuinely!
I'm as tight as it gets when it comes to money but once you've seen the girl and are happy that she's the one in the pics then pay your money! If I as a punter change my mind or take cold feet after that then that's my problem. I sure as hell wouldn't go take a shower then leave with a refund. It was more than fair of you to give all or some of the money back. I wouldn't have expected it but it's up to your own discretion.

Threads like this are a great way to resolve issues or set guidelines in escorting. Well done Soairsa!!!

    Bullshit. No fuck, no pay.

Sometimes the chemistry is just off. Sometimes the escort doesn't come off right... she could be too clinical, bossy or disinterested. Long story short if you want to avoid a scene, give the punter back his cash. Call it a cost of doing business. It's not like you won't have other punters blowing up your phone. At the end of the day you're making €150 or so for 30 minutes work.

You're not a restaurant, the nature of your business is personal and you're dealing with very inconsistent variables... moods, external pressures and stresses... there are many factors at play at any given time on both sides of the fence. People are fickle.

If you don't refund punters you're gonna get a bad reputation, bad reviews, bad karma and whole lot of hassle. You never know who your customer knows, believe me... you don't want any heat.

So just give the customer back his cash, be polite and record his phone number in your ho phone, if he calls back don't answer. Simple as.
