I think because it goes against our primitive instincts. If this male is her protector, how come you are allowed to have sex with her? It's a bit offputting.
having a minder in your appartment if nobody knows about it well and good but if guys get under the wind that there is a security guy or boyfriend it may put them off visiting that escort..........especially if it was there first time it might make the hole experience more nerve wrecking ....your wise to have your friend with you and escorts that work alone they should get a panic alarm if trouble dose start........at least the sound of that going of will make them move there ass out the door

Like previous posters said minders don't fit into the fantasy! But if u don't know they are there then there is no problem!

Good topic, and certainly raises some interesting questions. I suppose I've got mixed feelings on the issue...
While I fully support the efforts and measures that ladies take to ensure their security and safety, I must admit that I would definitely be put-off from visiting a lady if I knew before hand that there was a male minder/security guard. I've visited plenty of ladies who have had another girl working in the same place as them, even several other girls, and that has never bothered me at all. But a guy there? Really doubt I'd feel comfortable with that.
Maybe it's just a bit of the old 'too many roosters in the henhouse' thing, but I just wouldn't really be comfortable with it if I knew beforehand. I have to say that this was the reason I never made a booking with either or both of 'The Cheeky Girls' (our famous Spanish duo based in Dublin, for those of you who remember them), because they went so far as to actually SAY IN THEIR PROFILES & on tags on their threads that they have a male security guy at their place with them!
Perhaps the same thing has happened to me as others have mentioned, that maybe they or I have visited a lady and there was in fact a male minder there, but they/I didn't see/hear him, and had no knowledge of his presence. It's entirely possible. But I would still be totally put-off if I KNEW there was a male minder there, and would probably take my business elsewhere.
As I said, I can respect and support any measures the ladies take to ensure their own safety, but still would feel uncomfortable and put-off knowing there was another guy there.
Also meant to say that everyone is entitled to feel safe and secure in their work enviroment. A girl alone in an apartment can be vunerable but if she has a minder or another girl to give her peace of mind then it will leave her more relaxed and therefore a more enjoyable experience for us, the client!
