I've only ever had one 1 hour appointment, it was with a Czech girl in D4 three years ago. I stayed 30 mins the first time but felt it was worth an hour next time.

Depends what you are looking for.
I tend to say a 30 min is a wham , bam thankyou mam and out the door.
That'a fine if you have time restraints but i always say any escort with good reviews and reputation should always be worthy of an hour.
Don't base your decision on cash flow restraints , if you are going to punt make it worth your while.
