For me the anticipation starts just a bit earlier:

When I'm searching the site, clicking through ladies profiles, I know which lady I'm going to call for an appointment based on my instinctual reaction to their profile and reviews; it's that unexplainable attractiveness and mysterious allure that some women have that pushes me to choose one lady over another; I'm pretty selective about my punting (at least partially due to budgetary constraints, I definitely don't have Mr. Fussy's punting allowance!), so I only go ahead and take the next step of ringing for an appointment when I get that feeling running through me.
