I wouldn't worry about it too much. BMI don't seem to take frame size into account. I bet there are some rugby/soccer players etc that have far higher BMI's and are fit and healthy. I'm about 24, the doc says I'm fine, I think I'm pot bellied and my girlfriend thinks I'm to skinny. I feel like bloody Goldilocks!!!

i do a good bit of exercise and do a lot of walking so lucky for me i can eat and drink what i like i never put on too much weight that i can't work off at the moment i'm 10 and a half stone and my height is 5"8 so i don't need no doctor

They are mostly U a couple of R and i think possibly two E, but seeing as each is split in to 3 now,think we would have to put them through the
machine to be sure . Pity though we have to kill em for that.

This is a handy little gadget, but i prob wouldnt be saying that only for the fact im slap bang in the middle with a value of 21.4
Cant really be that accurate when it doesnt account for the distribution of muscle and bone mass in your body
