Funny how a thread started 13 years ago had no reply until today. Maybe if someone starts another thread today, in 2033 we will get a reply. What will things be like then? Its like reeling in the years.

There were a number of places in ***** Street.

I remember the Kasbah on a Square. A girl from there wrote a book about it Ladies of the Kasbah was the name of it.
A very enlightening read about the girls, their life and times and of course the stories of their clients was also told.
Reading between the lines one could either guess or would know who the politican, clergyman or personality was from the description.

I started visiting the girls in 1977. First lady was "Cher" in Advantage. She was first of many.
There were many places back then and their only source of advertising was in the back pages of the In Dublin.

I'm sorry I didn't keep a couple of those magazines as it would help me remember more places. I usually visited about two places every week. rarely more and often less.
Doubtful if there are many of those girls around still...................... certainly none are still working.
I'd love to meet them now.

I'd guess that the reason for no replies is that the 90's were still fresh in many punters minds and the op is full of inaccuracies. I doubt that the op ever set foot in a 90's massage parlour, or health club as they were often called.
I was active throughout the 90's. I was punting at least once a week and I made it my mission to try to visit every lady in every massage place on the southside.
Yes, most ladies were Irish but thats where accuracy ends.
First, you were almost always offered the choice of powder or oil, no mention of that.
Second, regarding touching, most ladies would allow you to drop your hand.
Third, before being asked to turn over, the ladies always did a sneaky hand between your legs leaving you in no doubt that there was more on offer
and finally, full sex was almost always an option. I do remember a couple of ladies telling me that sex wasn't an option and this was pointed out before the massage, with the option of seeing a different lady if this was important. Sometimes the reason given was time of month, and I've gone back a week later and full service available.
Most places had proper massage tables, and those tables put up with some trashing, and everything happened on the table no matter how much it creaked.
One thing that didn't happen in those days was anal. I was curious to try this and asked several ladies but it was never an option.
Places I remember from those days, At least 3 places on Wexford/Camden street, Cork street, John Dillon Street, Portabello, several places in Rathmines, Rathgar,
***** Road, Haroldscross, ***** Street, ***** street, and more.
My favourite place was on Grosvenor lane. so much paysafe voucher to anyone that can connect me with a certain petite Donegal girl that worked there.

Well if ye go around a few post offices on pension day ye might meet a few of them.

There were plenty of ladies in their 20's that would be in their 50's now. One lady I used to meet in ***** street when she was 22, used advertise on here until about 2 years ago. She has actually retired a few times, but always had a new profile started with a few reviews under her belt before she retired, so it's possible that she is still around.

I know an ex-masseuse who said she didn't provide happy endings but I dont know if that is true or how common it is. Would a masseuse turn down an extra 10 or 20 euro for simply doing a happy ending during the booked session?
