was talkin to one of my good friends last nite and we actually came to the agreement that bein an escort is like bein addicted to drugs... i wanted to give this lifestyle up so manny times, but for wierd reasons i seem to be "trapped" in this.... gettin a normal job doesn't seem to make me happy...

Sometimes seems to me that it is more difficult to accept or make others understand that working as an escort is really a choice than anything else.
The lifestyle that an escort can have which she wouldn't have if she was in a different business is undeniable.
It is said that it is the oldest profession in the world but people still have prejudice about it, it makes us escorts think that it is not a right decision to make, we shouldn't enjoy it and we should do stop as soon as possible. Some people remain in the same jobs for years and nobody says that they should quit.
Maybe it is expected from us to think that being escort is addictive but in fact if you consider that it is a job that
gives you satisfaction (in many ways) then you don't need to feel guilty or think that you HAVE to give up.
As everything else in life, as soon as being escort doesn't fullfill your needs anymore I believe it can be easily left.
Of course that are other implications, I am not saying that being an escort is 100% fantastic but the drawbacks would be a different thread

I suppose from an escort's perspective, it can depend on why they got into the business in the first place.
If, like you, the sex is a buzz and, combined with being paid to have sex, it could be addictive.
What is a 'normal' job anyway? If you enjoy what you are doing and are comfortable with the lifestyle that it provides, why stop?
You are still quite young, plenty of life lessons ahead of you.

well i wouldn't say its like being addicted to drugs i wouldn't put it that way but yes its addictive meeting lovely looking ladies but if i was out of work and money was tight then you would have to get use to not having that luxury...but drugs that a different type of addiction that you couldn't stop thank my luck stars i never got involved in that ...i would say some escorts get addicted to the good money and life style and some can just leave it behind and retire i suppose
