I cannot see why any good escort would want to blackmail a client.Plus its their word against yours.
I for one, never ever keep clients phone numbers. Unless they ask me too.Then I ask is it ok to call or text them when I am next in town.
My advice if anyone trys blackmail is to go to the Police, I certainly would.

your assuming the punter cant mind himself,your assuming a pimp or escort can.Your assuming just becuse someone stands on one side of the fence they can rule the game.BULLSHIT. I know druggies that old women could beat up. Blackmail works on the following conditions,

(a) the victim is scared and cant mind themselves,
(b) the blackmailer is not scared and can mind themselves,
(c) the victim actually gives a shit,
(d) the blackmailer actually doesnt give a shit,

Also again assuming that the escort actually cares about the client. Hate to burst the bubble but escorts (unless things get personal) could care less if you dropped dead.Your just a number to them.Hand them money ,they smile,dont hand them money and your nothing to them.The might deny it on the board here but trust me unless your a stud and a real nice guy they really couldnt give a shit and even if you are in some cases your still a number nothing else.
