"The Irish Times reported in 2006, that in 1994, when Frank Fahey was a Senator, on a modest salary of £19,486 (€24,747), he became involved in establishing a hair and beauty salon business in Moscow involving an investment of over £200,000 (€254,000)."

"Fahey has assembled a very extensive property portfolio. Some are registered in his own name while others are held in partnership with relatives of associates These are located in his native Galway city and county, County Clare, Limerick, Dublin, France, Belgium, Portugal, the United States and Dubai. Fahey also owns or has shares in, shops and development land as well as six houses and 10 apartments in Ireland."

    Firstly
I know it was you that voted FF in this poll my spies tell me.
I another thread you said you rented a property to a headshop to make some euros
Says it all about you and fianna fail "people after profit"

    Secondly
I not sure what the law is regarded TDs and there business arangements I'm not an expert.
I will say that A TD is supposed to be writing laws, planning and looking after his constituents and such
    not engaged in this behaviour.

    Thirdly
Frank Fahey represents everthing that is wrong with the Irish ecomnoy/GOVernment and the Fianna Fail Party
If you where to write satire about a corrupt politcian on the property game You could just take his life story. I wager That he has scandals in his closet and When the next scandal comes along,
Chances are he may be at the heart of it. I don't think we have heard the last of Fahey.
I doubt very much that MR Fahey accquired his Property empire thru investment alone.

    Heres some reading material

You need to open up your eyes and take a look at what's been happening in this country for the last fifteen years. Massive tax breaks for the wealthy property speculators, multinationals and business owners thanks to ten years of FF and the PDs. Then when the whole thing goes belly-up, it the ordinary Joe who has to pick up the tab through NAMA while the rich guys like Johnny Ronan and sundry multinationals bail out of the country. The government could have scrapped €700m worth of tax breaks in the last budget, but chose to hit ordinary people with cuts in basic services instead.

Throw up the 'facts' about immigration as you see them and I'll gladly debate you on this issue. You might want to run a spell check on your post first.
Hi Comrade sorry for late reply.

    Lazy "socialists" in the Work-place
Sorry about getting personal. But in the interests of humour i am going to do it once more.
I noticed you had one review I clicked on it and found,

"The point is, ladies and gentleman, that greed, for lack of a better word, is good. Greed is right, greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA. Thank you very much"

It can be broken into five main catergiores

EU old europe + first world legal
no problems here once numbers are reasonable and there are no major
    negative effects on Irish people.

    NON-EU third world legal
. i.e. work and student permits
Legal and no problem here once numbers are reasonable and there are no major
    negative effects on Irish people.

    EU new 12 countries
This is legal and was good for Ireland in many ways. But there needs to be a cap on numbers here
and also better documentation (other than PPS) and also better deterent against the crimnal and fraudster minority element. This is called the "polish plumber debate" in media and debating circles.
We have free movement of people now in europe but an econmic divide between east and west.
Europe should ensure that peoples in both parts of europe are not
adversly affected by this divide and movement of people. In long term raise living standards in the east.

    Roma gypsys.
No comment, the truth is self evident.

NON-EU third world other 5 main groups
    (1) illegal
    (2) bogus refugees i.e. Pamela izevbekhai and co
    (3) bogus marragies i.e. pakistain-East EU scam
    (4) bogus fake anchour baby migration i.e. nigerian "eire baby" scam pre 2004 referenduem
    (5) bogus student visa, coming here on student visas and working.
Not invited, Not wanted, not needed, not good for Ireland or Irish.
They should be deported, same as illegal Irish Are deported from USA or OZ.
