An understanding of what you guys ("The Staff") have to do might help us understand why or whether a review has gotten lost. For example how many reviews do on average process a day and are there days that you may expect more than the usual. Is 24 hours the longest it should take or could it take longer? Do ye work thru weekends? I have submitted reviews and I must say usually they get through in a reasonable time, but there have been a number of occasions they have not. I prepare usually in word and paste them in so the actual process takes only a few minutes. The one time a review gets lost is always the time I neglected to save my file in word (typical). It is a problem that I’m glad your are addressing it. There are times my reviews have gone missing and because I’m up country I couldn’t be bothered, or unable cos the profile is down, to rewrite it.

Default Waht the guys that have missing reviews should try is this

Type out the text of the review in a word doc first ,fill in all the other sections of the review and then copy and paste the text into the text body and hit submit. Try that for a while and see if any go missing.

    Sincerely,
    Westside.

Have had trouble with this also on 2/3 occasions. Followed all instructions on escorts profile and submitted.
Showed message about the review submitted and maybe 24 hours to posting but never appeared!!!

Feel that the failure is relate to time taken by me to type the narrative and maybe was timed out but NO NOTICE OF TIME OUT APPEARED.

A P I A to have to redo. Rely on review system for making good choices so hope that this is resolved as
I feel many punters submit reviews that are not appearing.

WARNING ON TIME WOULD HELP if can be built into the system.

Hope Patricia thinks I'M sexy too and maybe would consider coming out of retirement. love smart girls!!!!!

  9. Default Problem Found

    Hello all,

    Thanks for all your comments.
We had a review get lost on Thursday, and our logging was able to catch this. What we have found is that the initial details had gone from the session - the escort details. This in turn causes an error when inserting into the database. End result is review does not get added.

We are addressing this now and will also make some changes so that if the review does fail to add, we will show a warning rather than the usual Thank Y ou message. This will alert you to the fact that the review needs to be added again.

We use 2 separate sessions during the review process. 1 which tracks the user logged in status, and one other for the review details. The review details are timing out, but the user remains logged in.

Will let you all know when a fix has been implemented.
