I ll start with what I don't like;

Getting asked a question I've already answered in the previous message sent happens quite alot ...makes we wonder how the meet would progress without misunderstandings,I tend to avoid ,sounds harsh I know.

Untidy apartment...might be just me but how clean a place is ..well not good for first impressions, makes you wonder about other stuff !

Too much talking...I'm. not much of a talker !

Checking phone during visit..

Punctuality...I've a thing about it ,in life in general, if you say a time stick to it ,although I know things can unexpected happen...in such a case explain delay or cancellation which I don't mind if its explained.

Mood ...think mood or how you come across during visit is important and i know it can be difficult on occasions though, relaxed an chill is my vibe( once had lady repeatedly telling me to not move off a towel on bed(sergeant major type instructions)lol so many times ..i hated that towel ,needless to say it was a mood killer and pretty damn awkward...it was a small towel lol.Needless to say I never repeated the visit.

Things I like;

Good clear direction , from times to location, takes away any stress that may be there beforehand.

A kiss at beginning as I enter ,it helps me to relax

Attentiveness to each other during visit...for both parties, makes for more enjoyable experience .

Anticipated meet is half the excitement, build up ..etc from first text onwards

I've found if you click with the lady or are on same wavelength, it definitely helps makes things feel more natural and easier,when I find one, I tend not to visit any other.

Lighthearted Chat at end before leaving is good ,although as I said I'm not too talkative..

Oh an anticipated further visit down the line,

And memory of the visit afterwards
( which could be months after,close your eyes
smile ) ,how
fabulous she looked at the time etc etc.
