On this week I needed to cancel appointments more times, the first time was a last min cancellation, the client was here already. Luckily he could see I need to cancel for his discretion and a little bit later he could come back.
Yesterday was a nightmare day, from nowhere 8 workers at my entrance ( ground floor apt ) and they closed the all str and even
opened the asphalt and changed something under the road.
I am sure one of the client didn’t believe why I can’t take him. But it’s not my fault I lost almost the all day.
About the texts, I am working on this way, I can organise my bookings 100 times better and I am sure I don’t do double bookings or I don’t forget a booking but when I go in a new place it’s impossible to answer every text. & 4-5h later I don’t want to answer because I can’t know who is married and who is not.
