No way in Hell Brucie would leave Jones go anywhere on loan. Gigniac would be a good signing for him or even Robbie Keane before Martin O Neil snaps him up in the summer

Maybe Van Nistleroy or you could take a gamble and take Benzema on loan from Real Madrid

I think he's holding out for Chamakh from Bordeaux. He's available on a free in the summer.

It's still no consolation as it's more points dropped and almost certainly out of the title race. Two losses against Chelsea and Utd doesn't look good. It shows their not as good in the big games. A draw or a loss aginst Liverpool would be a disater then their looking over their shoulders for 4 th place never mind third. Now I know how the Liverpool fans feel It's not fair though all these big games in a row. I wonder how would Chelsea and Utd fair in consecutive games against top 4 contenders. Probably better but they would still drop points.

It was a season that started with so much promise with goals flying in starting with 6-1 away against Everton. Injuries havn't helped, especially the loss of Van Persie and alot of these players coming back not match ready yet. It's a pity he didn't splash out for Chamakh rather tha trying to get him cheap and then waiting till the summer to get him free.

I can see the headlines tomorrow trying to unsettle Fabregas with rumours of him going to Barcelona yet again.
not over yet for the gunners -they don`t have to play chelsea, utd or pool again in the premier league.if they could get van persie back soon they could go close

It would be great to have Van Persie back as soon as possible. They may have played the top teams. But you could include Man City who they have to play a top team too. City beat Arsenal 4-2 earlier in the season. And it doesn't have to be top teams Arsenal slip up against. Sunderlands next who beat Arseanl 1-0 and are a bogey team in recent years Not to mention Stoke and Fulham

alot of football to be played yet, i agree with the earlier comment on Bendtner, he is poison, i personally think that alot of their problems stem from their lack of killer instinct, Wenger is obviously looking out for a striker but one that would suit his way of doing things, however in all the games the Arsenal play they always create clear cut chances , usually as the score is nil all, and they always seem to want to take an extra touch or play the extra pass and suddenly the impetus is lost.

he wants all his players to make an equal contribution but he has to sacrifice his centre forward, look at Rooney, it has taken him 3 seasons to play in his preferred postion but the coaches are telling him not to be involved in the game as much and to try and get on the end on things more often , now you can't keep a good lad down but the amount of poacher goals he now gets is very high and increasing.

Defoe, you would barely know he was on the pitch, but when the ball goes in the mixer he is razor sharp and ruthlessly selfish.

Thats what Arsenal need, they have a very good squad, a young Shearer type of player or even Fowler would excel but they have to leave him up there to do his stuff, look at Torres, he destroyed Vidic twice last year and outpaced Ferdinand whilst playing on one leg to score for the 'Pool.

Thats what i think, i love watching Arsenal but i pull my hair out when there's a one on one with the keeper and they look to square it to their buddy, did Park think once about squaring it 2 weeks ago when he scored, he did in his arse, head down , put the ball in front of you, draw the keeper and slip it under him, easy .
