Why is it... if someone acts like a complete and utter cunt... and you call them out for acting like cunts... that they get offended whilst wearing a 'surprised Pikachu face'?

I know we're living in the time of 'absolute pathetic waffle snowflakes', but like...? Another thing I read randomly today as well. Apparently it's becoming more and more commonplace (dunno if it's just the USA, but bound to turn up here eventually...) that young 20-somethings TAKE THEIR PARENTS WITH THEM when going for job interviews now? Like what the holy shit?? I'm not talking about getting a lift or anything, I mean actually taking them into the interview! Jesus fucking christ like. And the parents answering the questions for them?? Anyone here with a business or in HR that's seen that kinda thing??

Like I was parked in a little business park a few days back. Car next to me was fairly tight, and I saw the owner walking back. He asks me would I mind moving, and I said: "You see those 2 white lines? If you'd bothered parking your car between them like you're supposed to, then you wouldn't be in this situation would you!" - then proceeded to fuck off to the shop leaving him with a surprised Pikachu face! He was gone anyway the time I came back, so it obviously wasn't that fucking tight else he clambered over from the passenger side. CUNT!

I saw the same / similar report : Companies not hiring GenZ ; They taking their parents to interviews ; etc.

Was quite stunned myself .

/ companies not hiring them because they Know they will be nothing but problem with their pronouns ,

getting offended , lack of skill , entitlement , etc.

No joke, a client who owns a certain type of Business told me a similar story.

He was interviewing a Teenage girl for a simple part-time position, her mum came to the interview with her, which initially he was fine with, he said at first he felt like it was him being interviewed as the mum started asking him so many questions, then when he began the interview with the teenager the Mum was the one Who was answering the questions!!!!!!!

So this guy would be fairly straight up and take no bull, And asked the mum to leave the room.


Her response to him?????


“You Are asking to be left alone in a room with my x year old daughter?”

Unbelievable, right?

Interview was terminated, no job for the young girl thanks to Mammy.

In a nail salon I overheard a lady talking about her daughter getting a part-time job as a waitress, and this lady said and if I hear that the chef is any type of a Gordon Ramsay and upsets her or gives out to her I will be straight in there blah blah blah . . .

And I’m thinking to myself I was a waitress as a teenager, many a bollicking I got from a contrary chef or later in life from a contrary boss And it didn’t kill me, it toughens you up I reckon, how is anyone expected to cope with life if they are mamma your wraps them up in cotton wool until they fly the coup???



An elderly uncle of mine said to me once there recently, look at India and China they are teaching their children physics, technology, how to pass rockets on the moon, and we are teaching our children how to be offended, how to be victims, and that there are thousands and thousands of genders. I interview probably 2 people a week, mostly 20 something graduates. They are no different than any of us were at the same age, and those stories are generally bullshit.

People just forget exactly what they were like when they were wet behind the ears, and think they were as confident and competent as they are now. They were not, and I was not.
