You should have just politely asked her to put something else on

I always have background music on, it’s happened once or twice when giving a massage the client has asked for certain music, I’m happy to oblige

True, but it was a first meet and I was too shy to broach the subject. I was thinking if she liked it I should just put up with it seeing as it was her space and her choice.
