Get rid of it, it isn't helpful!
Keep it, but changes are needed to how it works!
Keep it as is, it is helpful!
I think the question we need to answer is: trusted by whom?
If we mean trusted by the other members then the sensible thing to do is to have a public poll whenever anyone is proposed for trusted reviewer status. Perhaps two polls, one on the open boards and one on the private escort forum.
Obviously the existing "trusted reviewers" should be subjected to the same procedure, myself included. I note that one of them has already had such a poll, and lost.
The one thing you do not want to do is to go purely by the number of reviews. There are reviewers with more reviews than I have, except all of theirs are fake.
“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.
I agree with El Gordo, number of reviews should not a measure. A poll on the open boards and one on the escort forum is a sensible approach. Also the 'proposal' process needs some structure, e.g. punters, mods and escorts should be able to propose someone. Finally, can you call it something other than 'Trusted' it implies all other reviews are not.
Very good points but we have had so many "Polls" in the past that suggested change but were never acted upon, one which you just mentioned for a start!!
Limit the amount of reviews submitted per day to 1.
If it's a duo session then only allow one review of the encounter, generally it would be put on the profile of the lady you arranged the duo with and not 2 seperate reviews.
If you can't remember the date then you can't submit a review, as far as I'm concerned stating it's a while back or seen her several times in the past is a cop out!!
When submitting a review have an additional field asking a question that would be obvious to the client and one which E-I staff would already have the answer to, I.E A distinctive mark or tattoo, or appartment or even floor number or even a pre-determined code which each escort gives out, this would not be listed on the actual review but it would help weed out the reviewers that are submitting reviews as fantasy
I think the trusted reviewer badge is a great idea except I have doubts about those handing out the badges.
I have done over 20 reviews (some of same lady) and have taken time to do full honest review to help fellow punters given that I appreciate existing reviews.
However I did a review of Luna yesterday and some idiot moderator marked it FIRST REVIEW thus casting doubt on its validity. Pretty easy to see the records of my other reviews so Patricia explain that and why should we trust those 'behind the scene' discussions?
True, but even weeding out fake negative reviews would be good. There aren't that many, my guess is 5-10% of fake reviews are negative, but a negative review typically has much more impact than a positive one. And it would weed out some fake positives: the guys who are not corrupt but are simply living in a fantasy world.

Second person this evening to post this complaint, bumpy road indeed Patricia!!

Also, get rid of the Top 30 reviewers field on the reviews main page, this only encourages reviewers to submit fake reviews in order to get on this list and in turn maybe score favour with escorts..
