Yes but I can't imagine them getting a warrant for a lady in her own apartment? I imagine they'd only get one if the apartment is known to be rented out to escorts (alone or not)?

There is a big difference there. In one, the property itself is a brothel.

I actually met 2 girls in a hotel about 10/15 years ago. English girls, was strangest appointment ever. I had booked one and she was meeting me in the bar due to key csrd needed for lifts. She arrived down with her friend to meer me and the friend was going to stay in the bar. Greedy me suggested she join us so she did.

Actually happened me twice, on each occasion the second lady offered to wait in the bathroom, in both i told them to take a walk .. but point is solid, its nearly always one girl in hotel room

I'm guessing best way to know if a lady is in hotel or apartment is to ask when booking? Or is there certain locations that would be jus hotels ...thanks for all the replies great conversation

Problem is the readers of the Court Reporter for the Phoenix magazine wont be impressed by that finer argument .

Agreed, the use of fear tactics and social shaming are still the most effective way for the moral police to dissuade folks from entering the hobby.

I think you need to read again what both ladies who work in this game have said. 2 girls sharing is a brothel and can be raided . It's very clear and simple.

Maybe you misunderstood my position. Yes, a case could be made that 2 girls in an apt is a brothel. However, I believe the other argument could also be made as it is prevalent in other industries. I don't know for sure if has ever been brought up for legal scrutiny, but it should be (if for no other reason than to force a more tightly worded legal definition of "brothel"). Obviously this has no barring for punters as paying is illegal (full stop) and would be more useful for the girls to know so they can better manage risk.

Not challenging the establishment only ensures that there will be no change.

To my knowledge welfare checks are pretty common I'd be more surprised if any of the girls hadn't had one

I don't know for sure but have been told it's an unwritten rule in the North that the PSNI aren't there at the time of welfare check to make an arrest of either Escort or client

Their main goal with these checks is to identify and help any vulnerable girls who might be being trafficked by criminal gangs

It's also my understanding that in the North girls are given a PSNI hotline Tel number incase they have a violent or abusive client

Independent girls are generally left alone especially if they are traveling alone unless a complaint has been made by a local resident about a location

But even in this case the burden of proof is to great without an all out confession of guilt

Mutual trust goes a long way between Escort and client in my view

Definitely not a story lol. However it only happened to me once. Went inside the room, had a brief chat with the lady and asked for a shower. She goes to the bathroom, opens the door and lo and behold another woman is sitting on the toilet with a laptop on her lap. I think she was watching Netflix

Had my shower and went out the bathroom, then the other woman just goes back right back in the toilet with laptop in hand and shuts the door. It was definitely one of the strangest and most awkward punts I've had
