Absolute nonsense coming out of the media and politicians in the last few days.

Champagne socialists who spent year throwing flowers at themselves in their virtue about mass undocumented immigration are wondering why people, especially people in underprivileged areas are now angry. The very people they spent the last 3 years calling faaaar right, a term they can't even define, and all manner of vile insults tried voicing their concerns about what was happening only to be shut down.

Now the same said virtues of morality are wanting a sensible debate on something that is now out of hand. The genie is out of the bottle, the people who have spent years being slandered do not want to talk with you. People from eastwall, finglas, tallaght, waterford, lismore, fermoy, mallow, rosslare and mullingar all tried to voice their opinions through peaceful protest in the last 2 years only to be shouted down by individuals sitting in their lofty heights elsewhere calling them all manner of insults because these people dare to have a opinion as to what is happening in their own communities. Classism at its finest.

The riots last Thursday were abhorrent and should not have happened. But I see people more outraged that trams were set on fire and they can't do their shopping than the fact a freeloading Algerian stabbed a bunch of senior infant children. Under EU law for them to have citizenship they have to prove they aren't a burden to the system, this man claimed a quarter of a million in just dole payments alone, not factoring in any other payments, how does that happen?

The riots were seized upon by scumbags who will take advantage of the policies or lack of from a government that has led our capital city into lawlessness. I stated this exact would happen a year ago in a thread on here, guess what it was implied that I hated foreigners. Yeah I hate them so much I married one and had four kids with her.

They have shut down over 100 Garda stations in the last ten years, have stretched the force thin and demoralised them so much that that 135 have handed in resignations this year alone. Government policies and attitudes have led us to where we are. Now they want to introduce a hate speech bill that is so vague ANY future protests will be shut down, the clapping seals will champion it all while throwing more flowers at themselves. "We are raising taxes" don't like it and post about it, 12 months in jail. The "far right" get in power, don't like it and post about it, 12 months in jail. It can and will be used by your political opponents in the future, make no mistake about that. They can outlaw any form of protests, just like France did with pro Palestine protests.

This is going to get a whole lot worse unless the government is held responsible by BOTH sides

To be fair there should be a clear distinction between legal hardworking immigrants , and

the bus loads of undocumented unvetted groups of male ‘migrants’ being dumped in

neighborhoods .

And here , I’d ‘ask’ : put together a group of let’s say just 20 - 30 young virile men in a foreign land

with nothing to do All day : don’t have to work , no school , no prospects , uncertain

immediate and long term future .. it is a god damn’d recipe for disaster !

There should be work programs , or educational settings , opportunities for these people / men ::

Should be Required to Work or Study . All the monies paid out by govt : divert some to these programs :

Work or Study to Get aid . Earn it . Earn that state provided room and board !

A roof over head , three meals a day : if that person is busy working or in school not much need

for spending cash . This shouldn’t be Disneyland .

Other countries have run classes on cultural differences , mandatory native language courses ,

how the new country is diff from the old , how to treat women , how to find and apply for jobs .

Imo not All of them are bad , but need to give them Something to do .

the crime rate , sex crime rate had jumped . In some cases by multitudes .

Correlation , causation ? Who are we kidding ?

To me it is - and to govt should be !! - Clear .

What Occupation have those men been given since ? To keep them busy ?

How long before the French happenings get across Social Media ( mere seconds of course ) ?

How long before frustration reach such levels that the actions of the ones in France shall be done Here ??

Govt playing not with fire , but with Bombs — and is either in denial or has no Balls to Act .

Will sell safety and security of the country and its people for the EU €€€€ .

We lost our culture when we took all that EU money to build our roads. We should have stayed that little Emerald Isle with Pixies and Goblins roaming our green fields, horse and carts going down our country roads collecting the churn of milk from the family farmer with 12 kids, half of them gingers.......we sold out years ago and now we will pay the price.
I wouldn't encourage any young person to stay in Ireland now.
This government needs to stop being the worlds soft touch and reverse that trend.
