You said they died from brain tumours.

There are previous cases of people becoming violent / sick etc after tumours. If it turns out this is the case and the health service and or courts were aware would you not believe they failed in their duty of care to the public?

I have unequivocally blamed the system and the government on this since it happened. They have failed the Irish people on multiple fronts.
After this man was arrested in the area with a knife 5 months prior he should have been in jail or a facility. Not free to roam the streets with a knife again.

I am spending the morning trying to arrange an appointment , as it is not possible to have a discussion here . A few maybe need to do same . When all facts are in place maybe an actual respectful debate can occur that does not include people being dragged down the road by a car and where the tone is reasonable
