I had a vasectomy about 4 years ago and suffered non performance issues for about 6 months after. Not sure whether physical or psychological. Doctor said latter but he would say that. I took Viagara which led to difficulty in climaxing. Some minor side effects in terms of headaches which I never got previously.
I went off that and switched my diet to include more of the items above. As another poster mentioned I also started lifting weights which I try and do 3 times a week. That’s been hugely beneficial to my general health as well but had also helped with my sexual well being. I don’t know again is that a head or heart benefit. Probably a bit of both. Weight loss played a part no doubt.
I’m in my mid 50s. I wish I’d looked after myself better when I was younger but it’s never too late to start . A better sex life is a nice bonus.
Notwithstanding all that if I had issues again I’d have no shame in trying medication and at some point in the future no doubt I will need again. If it’s something that worries anyone get it checked out.
