"as much as I did" is a bit much, but I do like to be given an indication that the lady I am going to see at least appears to be somewhat enjoying herself. Personally, I really don't... Ehem... Perform well if my partner is obviously going through the motions. So I appreciate a heads up in a review, although it would take more than one review which indicates the provider is somewhat enthusiastic.

    A room is a room ( kitchen ) .

A ‘space’ includes the orientation of a room , how much daylight , what shadows , windows , doors ,

what view from the window , what is seen from the adjacent room and what is seen From the room .

What ( un-replaceable ) materials are in situ ; height , formatting , noise level , etc. All part of a

    ‘Space’

Guess depends how one looks at it : just a kitchen or a space that one is a part of .

My living room is much more than just a ‘room’ — so is my bedroom
I do what I want. I cannot do otherwise.

For certain parts of a house space can make sense. If you have one large open "living space" that is fairly undefined and could be suited to the occupants needs/wants then "space" fits.

In my mind all kitchens are rooms and all rooms are spaces but kitchens and bathrooms have very specific functions and designs so using such a vague term as "space" for them seems wrong/lazy.

The real issue is that "space" became such a trendy buzz word in real estate that everything is now a "space" and actually doesn't help anyone understand anything about the house.

If you look at some of the new pretentious US sales brochures for apartments, there are no rooms anymore - it's all about experiences. So 'kitchen, dining, living, bedroom, bath' are gone - its now 'create, eat, enliven/relax, recover, refresh'. Sod off.

I wasn't sure what to do in this space with the oven, microwave and fridge but now it all makes sense ><

I can create the subject of my IG post in there, then head over to the space with the table and chairs for my dining experience.
