Don't forget to put your clocks back tonight. I hate this time of year and the dark evenings. I don't see the need for it anymore. Interesting article explaining that this was imposed on us in 1916 but we kept it after getting independence. Now time to get rid of it!!

Same as Portugal and Spain, no real issues with different time zones there. People manage. I don't think I'd bother changing my watch going from Dundalk to Letterkenny or Hackbalkscross to Castleblaney for that matter! It's the dark evenings that seem to depress so many people. We could change things for a trial period at least and see how it works.

I'm the same as you though, never pull the curtains or blinds. I wake in the morning and guess what time it is by the daylight - No clock in my bedroom.

Usually I'm very close with my guesses but the last week or 2 I've been way out.
