My July

Hello EI community,

Hope you all are well.

I have been rather inactive throughout the month of July due to some rather unfortunate health situations.

To begin, at the start of the month, I rolled my ankle badly in a 5-a-side soccer tournament. Foolishly, I remained training in the gym and in MMA. A few days later, I suffered a concussion in an MMA session. After a day or two off, I went back to the gym again and after a particularly grueling session and unaware that I was suffering from a lingering concussion, I passed out face first onto my kitchen floor not long after that session. Thankfully after a week or two of a few hospital visits and mostly doing nada, I feel a lot more spritely now and back on the mend!

Hopefully August can't be any worse lol
