Personally, I like to top up my donation to 100 but I struggle if she is already charging 100 or more, especially if service is no better than available for less.
Id also consider less than 20 an insult. but I wonder do some clients tip like €5 or less?

for massage I have got € 20 - 50 , sometimes more - incall prices

I generally have the exact amount in one pocket and a few notes in another pocket just incase there's any extras or I want to extend my stay.

the ladies I see regularly barely acknowledge it when its placed in plain sight on a desk or bedside locker, it usually remains untouched while I'm there.
I just couldn't imagine standing there waiting for change.....awkward or what?

I never haggle on price - I pay exactly what I am asked - I seldom put myself in a situation where I have to ask for change.

€20 has a different value to different people depending on

(a) How hard they have to work for it,
(b) OR maybe they do not have to work for it &
(c) What percentage it is of their total income,

€20 is 25% of a €80 punt

€20 is 8% of a €250 punt

We are all sensitive to different things in life - Its no secret providers are sensitive to price - what they charge - what others charge.

Tipping after a session has always felt a little weird to me. I've done it, but it just feels like "Good girl yourself, now go buy yourself something nice".

If the fee is a strange number I will often. Just round up, and pay that number, and not expect change.

Had an experience recently, 80 euro punt, first time meeting her and a couple of red flags, brought an extra 20 to cover extras/tip. Service turned out to be much better than expected. 20 tip just didn't seem adequate, so I kept it in my pocket. Will be extra nice to her next time though.
