Your post could have been more enlightening on what you are using to access the EI website - device / app / operating system - For example

1) Windows 11 Laptop using Edge - works straight away

2) FIRE iPad using Silk browser - slow loading initially but most work

3) Xiaomi mobile phone / Android v 13 / Chrome - hit or miss - sometimes loads other times a black screen

There are numerous other combinations out there including Apple devices etc. Just saying
