I used PM many times.
Most of times I got an answer.
Just be mindful, you may ask with proper time in advance, don't expect an immediate answer.

I'd suggest being very clear in the message, so the escort doesn't have to message you back asking questions.

Make a short intro
Say what you are looking for, if any fav
Don't ask what is not listed in her profile
Check her agenda before asking if she is going to be available
Suggest tentative dates, time, and duration for the desired appointment

That has always worked with me.

Sometimes you may get a short answer from the lady asking you to either call or message here, because that would be faster to set everything up.
