I tried uploading a review but as it was my first one I was asked to provide more info via email. This was 4 days ago and there has been no response from support. Is anyone even taking a look at this?

How does a screenshot prove the review is genuine? Does the escort message they punter after the deed is done and tell them good job?.

Screenshot the call was made and any supporting texts.
It's not impossible to fake but will eliminate some fakers.
And genuine reviewers won't have any difficulty providing this.

I have to provide this regularly.

Hi, as mentioned above I have provided screenshot proof the the support email as instructed, however there has been no action from the sites end for 4 days

A booking made doesn't guarantee a booking was completed.

Usually if you provide any info, house/apartment/room number, etc. without any thing else that would explicitly identify the location, that used to be enough.
