Hi there,
I tried uploading a review but as it was my first one I was asked to provide more info via email. This was 4 days ago and there has been no response from support. Is anyone even taking a look at this?

Hello there
We have requested for more information, including screenshots to prove the review is genuine. Since there was no reply with proof, and there is a watch list regarding this specific review, we won't activate it until we have this proof from your side. Please note that you have 7 days to reply or the review may be deleted. Regards

The quickest way of proving a review is genuine, is providing a screenshot from the advertiser/client of the moment when the booking is arranged. If there is no proof, there is no review. Each person knows why we ask for more info and why we don't. Each scenario is different, and the rules are like this for everyone.

Usually if you provide any info, house/apartment/room number, etc. without any thing else that would explicitly identify the location, that used to be enough.
