In the draw for the last 16, is it the first placed team with the highest points plays the team in 4th place with the lowest points? Does anyone know? Could you end up playing a team that was in the same group?

From what I can gather:
After the group stages conclude , each team will be ranked from 1 to 16 .
With top ranked team playing lowest ranked team .
1 v 16
2 v 15 and so on .
So I assume you could face a team you have already played.

Ok ryan, thanks for that. I wasn't sure how it worked. On that basis its possible that munster could be away to bordeaux begles in the next phase. But obviously things can change by the time all the group games are completed.
