Assuming this is a hypothetical question, how does she know?, I mean how did she find out, if you’ve being seeing an escort then she didn’t find out from her, if you’ve being stupid enough to have played hide the sausage on your own doorstep then you deserve to be found out, this is the whole point of pay for play, discretion, random civvie meets are a no go anyway, why choose an amateur when you can have your pick of professionals?.

Deny everything, even if the evidence is stacked against you.
when you have poured out your heart , believing all will be forgiven, you will be standing in front of a firing squad.
I have had opportunities to have had affairs, but with enormous difficulty resisted the temptation .
That is simply suicidal.
