  1. Default Why do escorts ask this?

This has happened on a number of occasions and also to a few punters I know.

Ladies asking what your nationality is? Has it happened to you or other punters you know? If so , what may be the reasoning behind this?

Happened last night again when making a booking over the phone , it annoyed me and I just didn't bother.

I think some escorts have had bad experiences with certain nationalities or ethnicities and hence put nationality as a criteria for screening clients.

I visited an escort before Xmas and was asked over text "Am I black?"

Escorts do ultimately reserve the right to choose who comes to see them, and we can't really argue with that

Yes - we can filter search them based on whatever criteria we like so its not fair to criticise their criteria, I think

I think the next reason can be they dont want to meet with the same nationality like they are…
And probably main reason is a bad experience how was said. But its kind of strange as all people are different… i dont see there a logic but we are always part which decide what is the best and how things will be…

This has happened to me a few times and it doesn't annoy me, I just take step back, they can clearly hear my voice in a calm manner asking for a meeting, if the lady pushes back on me again about where I am from, I put the phone down. I have no interest in trying to justify myself and having to beg for a meeting because of my nationality.

Simple as, the phone goes down and I move on, no matter who the lady is or how great she is on here.

Jimmy, the definition of racism according to the UN, is
(and I just take the UN as it's the first qualified definition that came up in a search on Google)

Any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin.

Therefore you are correct, asking you the colour of your skin isn't racism, it's just not politically correct.
However, excluding you from a service, based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin, is by definition racism.
