i think the kennel video did him in. might have had a chance without that.
i watched the trial most days live on youtube but have not seen the netflix yet.

I watched the series last night. It seems to me that Netflix are taking legal risks by broadcasting this when the story is not over - if it does not go as expected I would have thought there could be a massive libel case. Perhaps they make so much money they don't care.
The family come across as total slimeballs but who knows whether it was a fair portrayal.
This type of story makes me despair for today's America - it just seems to get worse all the time.
