I see that you are using Hotmail for your email and I am guessing that you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser.

When you have Hotmail open within your browser (or any website for that matter) simply hold down the CTRL key and press + on your keyboard. CTRL and + will zoom in and CTRL and - will zoom out on the browser window.

Press CTRL and + a couple of times to increase the text to a readable size....
