    Sad to see them close. Alot of retail businesses are struggling now. overheads have increased hugely. Contracts/leases trying to be re-negotiated by suppliers/landlords.

    This is especially true for local retailers. Support them if you can because they may not be there when you need them.

    sure not affect anyone in border towns as can nip across the border to NI and probably most done that anyway as was cheaper anyway in UK stores

    The rest of the argos stores are to close at 5.00pm this evening. 500 people will lose their jobs.

    Gamestop also exiting this week.more jobs gone.

    I have heard the argos staff are being looked after pretty well, at least thats something.
