    Nothing wrong with a dozen pints of stout but I might just take things easy today and for this month anyway.

    And then maybe give Lent a go, no more Oasis and Cigarettes and Alcohol.

    Christmas really was 2 weeks of excess so mightn't do the old liver and lungs any harm to have a wee break.
    Are we there yet ?
