Yes its coming from UFO that have crashed and are now at secret locations in the US
It has took ages for scientists to work out the technology involved here and they got a long way to go.
The UFOs were always around but we could not see them as they had the cloaking device in operation mode and only when it developed a fault did people glimpse the craft and was fixed quickly hence why many sightings were at most only for seconds by the people.
I'm convinced I was on one of these crafts myself many years ago, I didnt see it but heard the whirring type sound.
