Generally speaking opt outs are opt outs because on balance that have had negative reviews that are either so poor or outweigh the positive that reviews are turned off. I take your point though that there are a minority of opt outs that are genuine. There is a “reviewer” I have complained about that got a review deleted that was one of the worst pieces I’ve ever seen here. I also knew it was not genuine as I had visited the person in question. He posted the same review word for word about three months later. It was deleted again. He has another review (scathing) up now and I would have serious doubts about it. I would have assumed he would have been banned but he’s still active. I don’t suspect this post will last long though.
