Just checked and as far as I can see he's an architect, Ruairi Quinn and associates, but I could be wrong, I rushed my research, I only glimpsed at it.

i havnt checked it out only going by memory so i could be thinking of someone else.Quinn was the one i had in mind here though.

Quinn is an ex minister for finance or labour spokeman on finance. he knows his stuff. Ceann Comhairle would be beneath him as he is good at what he does at the momrnt, i.e commentator on political matters. But the assistants to the c.c should be reduced again to 3.
