Just want to make a final comment on this matter. As mentioned in my first thread I was in communication with EI about this & today I received the reply from Sarah - see below.

Back to this case,
You got your review much earlier that (other escort name) did. Beside this rule start that day, when we decided here to remove (other escort name)review, it can not go back and can not aply to older cases. What may shock you is that this decidsion was made together with NBT,we both agreed on that day it is not fair to escort to wait for a review 12 month or more.3 months should be enouth time for reviewer to write a review.

This is in reference to NBTs 12 month review (because another escort had her 12month review removed) & nothing was mentioned about Dickleads 6 month review so I phoned her & had a long chat with her.

Interesting to note that EI & NBT had not done their job properly if they agreed '3 months should be enough time......' because they accepted Dickleads SIX month review a couple of days ago!!

Hopefully Sarah will take action on what we agreed is fair.

Anyway.....I will let this matter lie now but I think you should be aware of what I was told!!
Gives you 'food for thought' I think.....I have a few more thoughts of my own but will keep that to myself now.

This 3 month idea was talked about in private between sarah and I
It was never set in stone by the rule maker, or made public on the forum.

So i cannot enforce a rule which was never made public on the forum for both escort and reviewer to see.

Note:....If nothing was ever set in stone than tell me WHY the other escort had her 12 month review REMOVED the day it was agreed no reviews will be accepted if written 3 months after the appointment. It happened so therefore it is effective from that day!!

Lauren, you're only complaining because it's a negative review. If it had been positive you'd have said nothing.

Of course shes complaining because she disagrees with the negative review! she says thats unfair as the lapse of time makes it difficult to rebut. If everything was fine, she wouldn't feel the need to rebut?

I stated over and over again , that no reviews are to be deleted ( this was not my rule ,It was Pat and Sarahs).

But if they want change the goalposts when it suits them , fair enough.

why should someones review be deleted when he didnt know he did anything against invisible rules.
