Escorts, when do you like to be paid?

There was an interesting exchange on another thread recently:

1: look at the pic (if your mickey twitches= see step 2)
2: Call said escort (if mickey gets harder during convo =see step 3)
3: Go put mickey in said escort ( when mickey spits at escort= see step 4)
4: pay escort and fuck off home till the next time you want to put your mickey in somthing.

I usually pay before step 3. The escorts I've visited seem pretty insistent about that.

U must come across as untrustworthy then.

Either Wildthang and I have been visiting different escorts, or they've been treating us differently. I don't mind paying at the start, but I am curious, so I am setting up a poll.
