Anita Sizzle: When I was younger I used to hang out with punkrockers who had strong leftest views, and by the late 80's and early 90's I noticed that some of the things that they had said were beginning to become true so I did a lot of reading and came up with the conclusion that one day there would be a recession/depression. I figured the best thing I could do to safeguard myself was to move to another country and start my own business. And since prostitution seemed like the only way I could get enough money together, I got into it; also, I thought since the economy would go bad, more women would start doing it and it would become socially acceptable.

El Gordo: How has the business changed in that time?
Anita Sizzle: The favorites were limited. No OWO, Swallowing, CIM. Anal, GFE or Rimming-there was a massage parlour that didn't allow sex or condoms that had been going for almost twenty years before the Gardai closed it down. The clients had more respect for girls-they didn't force girls to do things they didn't want to do, and they didn't expect too much, but they were mistreated and abused all the same-clients are treated way better now than what they use to be treated.

Anita Sizzle: Just England and America.
El Gordo: If you could change three things about Irish punters what would they be?
Anita Sizzle: Just one-stop looking for something for nothing.
El Gordo: Is the problem in Ireland that there are too many agencies, or just that they're all really crappy?
Anita Sizzle: There's too many agencies wanting not just a piece of the pie, but the whole pie, and after they get it they don't care about the punters or the quality of service on offer-there's no pride of place-just the amount of traffic and money being made, and not how well that traffic felt about the service provided.
El Gordo: You had a brief career as a pimp. Not a very successful one, by all accounts. Where would you say you went wrong?
Anita Sizzle: That was the problem I was successful, and people didn't like it. I began my pimping career right after the In Dublin magazines stopped taking ads for escort services; the only places to advertise were on the internet, and at the time most people in Ireland didn't have a computer let alone knew what the internet was. Since I surfed the net in America and knew and believed in its potential, I had no problem paying the steep ad fee for something that most pimps and working girls couldn't see or believe existed. Also, I never understood why Irish pimps had such a low regard for punters, and so I made customer service an important part of my business. People were envious of my success and did everything possible to destroy my business and me for that matter. So where did I go wrong? Offering a superior service, that's where.
El Gordo: Would you say that escorting has given you a lower opinion of men, or just a more accurate one?
Anita Sizzle: I don't judge men who use escorts-supposely men think about sex every six minutes, so of course they want to get their rocks off. I would prefer a man to use a prostitute than get in a full-blown relationshio with a woman just for sex. And I don't think this business really effects a woman's mind about men, but her relationship with there father or other male family members does.
El Gordo: Do you think clients treated you differently from white or Asian escorts?
Anita Sizzle: Well, I think they didn't give me reviews like they gave white or asian escorts.
El Gordo: What was different about your reviews compared to theirs?
Anita Sizzle: I've talked to quite a few black escorts and pretty much we all felt the same way, that we don't get reviewed as much as Asian or White escorts. It's more about quanity than quality.
El Gordo: How many people back home knew what your job was?
Anita Sizzle: What did you tell the others? My family and close friends knew. I'm a trained massage therapist, so I'd tell people that-it wasn't like I was lying.

El Gordo: Many escorts, even those who used to post regularly, have stopped visiting E-I after retirement. You're an exception. What keeps you coming back?
Anita Sizzle: I love the internet in general, and E-I is addictive-logging on here is a habit at this point. My current job causes me to be on the net a lot, so when I get bored, I come on here. There's escort forums, here in the States, but I've not joined any of them.
El Gordo: What is your current job?
Anita Sizzle: Spritual worker-people come to me with their problems, or should I say perceived problems, I then do a tarot card reading and if I notice something odd, I'll prescribe different methiods to get rid such problems. I also do massage therapy, reiki, charkra cleansing with crystals and offer recommendations for medicinal herbs.

Anita Sizzle: Better than before, there was loads of girls with fake pictures and fake reviews with numbers that led to a couple of agencies. If you were genuine, you had no hope.
