i dont agree at all.For starters they are part of society.They just live differently according to their tradition.As far as getting away with stuff goes, the rest of society dont?

i have been following this tread since it started....and i just dont know what planet people like westsidex are living on... anytime the traveler issue is raised these people come out and defend them on the tv ,radio...ect... i do have traveler friends who are very nice people and the ladys are very beautiful but this is the minority... the majority are trouble... i know from experience..believe me......"the rest of society dont?"...well when the rest of us celebrate a wedding or have a funeral do all the pubs in town close??? no because we dont go in and wreck the place and you can not deny that they do all the time they operate outside the law...have no jobs but can drive 2009 vans ,jeeps,trucks....pull in to private land..which they did to me well when i had two jcbs on the scene the hit the road...they illegally collect waste which i must then pick up with the council and in the council i could tell you some storys about how much of tax payers money is wasted buying them private propertys for 600,000+ and thats true ..they are involved in bare knuckel fighting dog fighting..would steaal the eyes out of your head.. in my area are doing A1 driveways doing shit jobs for old men and women and driving them to bank to get payment you can not defend this..i know other people break the law aswell but the travelers just spit in the face of law and order and the rest of society... i mean heres another example i caught two traveler girls stealing soccer jearsys from my washing line i took the stuff back went to the site and spoke to the father told him just to keep them out of my garden.. he said sorry boss wont happen again..well guess what it happened again and also my dog was killed torn to pieces by there dogs the set on him....so forgive me if i hate them i never did and never will respect them...

what are you talking about? what has a junkie got to do with a post, it's about travellers, who i have during the years become acquainted with. Not all travelles are like this, i know a number of settled travellers, one does nursing, ok people assume she is from drogheda(sorry drogheda people) but this is what she has told me as people like you lot on here couldn't in your wildest dreams imagine that a traveller could be treating you in the local a and e. Another thing it is what you are born into more likely than not is the life you will endure and believe me any minority group (outcasted) didn't choose the life the were born into, no more than you or i did, wouldn't life be sweet! We all have our crosses but i do find with the mental attitude on here towards the whole travelling community is shocking. As for traveller women, they are some of the prettiest around, they are nicer than any of the 'so called' irish models we see in ads on tv magazines etc. they wouldn't stand a chance in normal life though realy there's no hope with the keep them down attitudes towards them here in their own country by their own people in ireland

i dont think so.I dont drink much as in freqeuncy (once a month would be alot and i still go out),smoke about five cigars per year,never smoke hash or use recreational drugs,oh you mean taking painkillers?Well lets put it to you this way,if you were lifting what i am you'd be using them too.
