It's a bit late though the transfer windows shut It's good to see these teams that are throwing their money around getting what they deserve. I ssee their going to appeal it and I hope it's not over- turned. FIFA has to come down hard on these teams that are breaking rukles and think all they have to do is throw money around. They stole Mikel from Man Utd and the way they conducted themselves with the Ashley Cole transfer this is long overdue.

If they could put a transfer ban on Man City wouldn't that be great.
