Does seeing a pregnant woman count as a fetish?

During my pregnancy I have sometimes been unsure of where to post.

My clients have had all sorts of reasons to see me. For some it really does seem like a fetish. For others it's just a unique experience they would like to try once in their life. Others see me because they are my regulars or because they are attracted to the services I offer, the pregnancy is of no importance. Some of my sweetest experiences have been with men who longingly look back on the time when their wife or partner was pregnant and remember it as a very special time.

I do find pregnant women very attractive but .........

When my ex wife was pregnant she was very horny at times due to hormones, mainly testosterone ( she had a taste of what us men feel every day)

Anyway we had lots of sex but it felt a tad uncomfortable for me , mentally not physically. I can't explain it properly it just didn't feel right and I didn't enjoy it as much as I did before she got pregnant.

I don't think pregnant women are a fetish, fantasy maybe.
For me pregnant women look gorgeous, they ooze femininity and fertility,( enlarged breasts). They look hot!
For me they are a real turn on. They have that glow due to hormonal changes and extra blood flow.
