How do you stalk a location? Do you mean have a look out for Guards and whatnot? When I know the building from previous visits I will watch before I enter.
I remember doing this in Portlaois at a very well known location and the escort in question,with her clothes shopping bags, seen me and popped up to my car to see if I was going to visit her!
