Question... Apartment or Hotel ?

Apartments for me, for a simple reason.
I live in a small town and I have worked for years in the tourism industry, so the chances of meeting someone I know from front of house or the kitchen is very high.
Apartments are more discrete.

I think it says more about the escort as well who goes for better accommodation like an apartment as opposed to a hotel which is cheaper cost wise for touring. The rates may be higher for an apartment escort appointment but i don't mind paying it.

I had my first experience of a Hotel last week and it was a bit hairy. I arrived and was told to go to a certain floor, I parked in the underground carpark and the door to the stairs were locked, with a lift to reception only available. I walked by reception to the lift area and noticed I needed a key card to gain access through the door to the lift, had to turn back, I didn't make eye contact as it must have looked dodgy.

Rang the lady I wanted to see and she gave me the room number and told me to take the stairs to the first floor and I could access the lift there, not knowing the place too well I was wondering around the conference room areas , with my dairy in hand. Some staff member came over and asked was I ok, kept my cool saying I was meeting someone, they were running late and was just looking around the place, he said that's fine but you cant enter the private room/lift area and gestured towards them ( lucky break) I said thanks and headed off , he went into a office. I turned around and and went straight to the lift area half waiting for him to see me. Got in and once the door closed I knew I was ok. Had a great meet and was a bit windy leaving in case I'd be seen coming out.

so personally I think apartments are for me
