If you mean the notifications of our website, you can do it on the Settings section on your account.

Click on settings in the Community section. There, in the menu on the left, click on "General Settings".
Within the "Private messaging" section under "Email Notification of New Private Messages" click on "Don't receive Email Notification of new Private Messages".
